A longtime Dallas resident in his previous life, Paul has past career experience in business valuation, marketing and asset management, and holds a degree from the University of Michigan.
In pursuit of a meaningful and balanced quality of life, Paul first invested in Puerto Vallarta in 2004 and founded a mortgage company to service a recognized need for international collateralized lending. Shortly thereafter he affiliated with a prominent real estate firm and began focusing on real estate sales where he established a comprehensive knowledge of Banderas Bay real estate stretching from Mismaloya, south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, northward to Punta Mita in the internationally renowned Riviera Nayarit.
With this Banderas Bay real estate market expertise, his own experience as an investor in Mexico, and more than fifteen year history of local professional real estate service, Paul is well suited to effectively address the concerns of buyers and sellers alike. His analytical background combined with practical transaction advice provides for being a strong advocate in the successful representation of his clients.
Paul maintains designations as a real estate Broker with AMPI, Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios as well as NAR, the National Association of Realtors, and is a registered and licensed mortgage Broker with NMLS, the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.

Born and raised in Guadalajara and attracted to the nearby ocean environment from his lengthy history of competitive water sports, Diego first settled in Bahia de Banderas in 2005. An entrepreneur by nature, Diego recognized the need and opportunity for dedicated professional property management in the fast growing Punta Mita marketplace and launched Concierge@theBay in 2007. ARMANDO HERMOSILLO MARTÍNEZ NEGRETE
Armando holds a degree in Architecture from ITESO (Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Occidente.) After years of study and professional experience in his native Guadalajara engaged in this multifaceted field encompassing design, engineering and construction, Armando decided to pursue the rapid growth in Banderas Bay. Recruited to join Concierge@theBay at an exciting stage of expansion, over the last several years Armando has contributed to the growth of the company by developing an exclusive client network centered around the North Shore of Banderas Bay. Managing multi-million dollar properties of American, Canadian and Mexican Nationals has provided important cultural insight and awareness of the expectations of sophisticated international clientele. Having demonstrated his capability in delivering results in a variety of matters related to property administration, Armando has taken the next logical step to full service real estate representation. He continues adding to his degree and education as an affiliate with the Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI.)
